Our founder, Michael Kennedy, has over 10 years experience in an accounting environment. In addition, he worked for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for three years and the Minnesota Department of Revenue for two years. Moreover, he has successfully started his own business (now run by his wife, Paula). This background and experience give us a unique perspective on how to handle your business and tax issues. We know the legal pitfalls and issues you will be facing. We not only have counseled people with similar issues, we have experienced those problems first hand.
