Associate Attorney

Kennedy & Ruhsam Law Offices, P.A. is seeking an associate attorney with a minimum of three years’ experience.  Qualified candidates should desire to work in a general practice law firm with a focus on probate and probate litigation, estate planning, business organization/transaction, tax controversy and planning, and real estate law. The primary focus of this position will be handling our probate litigation cases along with probate administration and fiduciary services, therefore experience in this area is a requirement. Candidate must possess excellent writing and oral skills, in addition to communication skills. The ideal candidate must have the ability to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills.
