Martha Sullivan

Martha Sullivan represents clients in matters of family law, estate planning, probate and probate administration. Prior to joining Kennedy & Ruhsam Law, Martha founded Sullivan Law Office in Hastings Minnesota. She continues to volunteer for Legal Aid of Dakota County for whom she started a pro bono legal clinic. She also worked in tax preparation and corporate compliance.

Martha attended Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts major in Government and a minor in Philosophy. At Smith she was a member of the Swimming and Diving team for four years. Martha received her juris doctor degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Martha currently lives in Eagan Minnesota with her husband. Outside of the office, she participates in athletics, boating, being outdoors and going to live music events. More than anything, Martha enjoys spending time with her loving husband, three beautiful children and two amazing dogs
