Paralegal Samantha Davis brings an array of experience in family, municipal law and civil litigation to the Kennedy & Ruhsam team. She is versed in legal writing, having drafted civil pleadings, discovery requests, and sensitive client materials, engineering them to completion. Samantha’s grasp of multiple filing systems and the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure place her at an administrative advantage, having worked across a variety of jurisdictions and practice areas. Her years working in east metro firms, ABA-approved paralegal degree from Inver Hills Community College, and reassuring, professional manner make her a distinctive asset to Kennedy & Ruhsam.
A Cannon Falls native, Samantha supports founding partner Mike Kennedy. She is central to his estate planning and business transactional practices and regularly lends her expertise in litigation and family law matters. Outside of the office, she enjoys the company of her husband, young son, Greyson, and great friends.
